Sukhumvit

2017

The 3.5-story home office is the first project of UNI-Living and the origin of the brand name HOF, which stands for Home + Office. The design back then was at the beginning of the home office concept when people weren't really familiar with this type of building. The project was designed for SMEs that were stepping into online work, clearly separating the home and office spaces. Each part was designed to have its own unique character, which became the model for all subsequent UNI projects.

3.5-story home office with a private elevator. This project was developed during COVID when people started to prioritize working from home more. The design approach focuses on the quality of living, natural ventilation, access to natural light, easy maintenance, and green spaces integrated with the building, along with flexible work areas, making it stand out from other projects.

Udomsuk

2024

6-story commercial building with a private elevator and parking for up to 10 cars. The name CORE comes from the blend of Commercial + Residential. With nearly 1,000 sq.m. of usable space per unit, the construction materials and design details are similar to those of a large office building, giving it a feel of a small office. The design aims to deliver a Bare Shell space, allowing users to customize the area according to their needs, making each floor adaptable for various uses. It combines a home office, a headquarters, commercial space, and private living quarters all in one place.
